Robii Dotson is founder and president/CEO of the Global Education Network (GEN). His academic credentials include an AA in Political and History, BGS in Political and Military Science, MA in Criminology and Correctional Counseling, MS in Management and Human Relations, and a Ph.D. in Psychology. Robii is a former assistant professor of psychology, behavioral scientist and course director at the US Air Force Academy. He was a Security Police and Security Forces Shift Commander, and retired from the US Air Force as the Chief of Human Factors Engineering, Hq Ballistic Missiles Office where he managed a 900 million dollar budget and over 10.000 contractors for 27 aerospace companies. After retirement, he was counseling psychologist and therapist. As a training consultant he has presented over 300 workshops and trained at least 8.000 people over 35 years at such institutions at Stanford University, the University of Southern California, the Mayo Clinic, Medical School of Ohio, Ohio State University, and numerous other distinguished institutions and corporations in USA. He has taught undergraduate graduate and doctoral students in Hawaii Pacific University and Honolulu Community College in the University of Hawaii System, and doctoral students at the Argosy University. Robii is an international motivational speaker, educator, business communications and training business consultant and author, former radio psychologist and television presenter. He has written and presented numerous articles, lectures and training workshops throughout the US. He was the lead consultant who helped design a prototype alternative education system for the state of Arkansas Department of Education during President Bill Clinton’s last year as governor.
